					<description>I work at Blockbuster and can confirm this. One of my regular customers told me that she hadn't received a movie in over two weeks and that she contacted BBOnline and they told her that they were having "computer problems". She then received 1 e-coupon as compensation. ONE COUPON!? Come on, that's lame. Anyways, she later told me that she was gonna cancel her subscription until this was resolved. Way to go Blockbuster...</description>
