SHIPPING

All our items are self-insured and have delivery confirmation which is included in the price of shipping and handling. If your item does not arrive (by this we mean that the post office cannot confirm that your item was delivered) or has been severely damaged we will send a replacement when available or provide a refund. (Buyer will pay shipping cost for returned items)

Shipping and handling for items vary anywhere within the Continental United States. See “Combined Shipping” below for discounted shipping of multiple items.

When will my items arrive? A lot of the items are sent via Media Mail and may take 2-8 business days after the order has been processed by us (standard Medial Mail shipping time), which as stated before will be within 2-3 business days after the completed transaction (this includes your purchase and payment of said transaction). However due to our having no control over the speed of the Postal Service, items may take longer. Some smaller items may ship first class mail and will be charged as such.

Faster shipping methods are available but will cost additional fees.  (This will be sent via Medium Flat Rate Box due to the weight of the books. Each additional book will be $1.00 with this method. If there are any problems please contact us for an adjustment.)

I live in Canada. When will my stuff show up? Orders to Canada generally take 7 or more business days. If your package is stopped by customs, it could take several weeks to arrive, especially around the holidays.

Who is responsible for customs fees? Dragon Force Gaming is NOT responsible for any customs charges. International buyers will pay any and all fees associated with shipping their items to them. If this is a problem for you, please do not bid. Also please do not ask us to mark your purchase as a gift as this is illegal being that it is not… Thank you!

As of now we do not offer shipping outside of the United States except for Canada we are sorry for any inconvenience.

PAYMENTS

We accept PAYPAL PAYMENTS. This is eBay policy now, electronic payments only. Be sure to friend us on Facebook!

All in state residents will be charged state sales tax during the Checkout process.

Once the auction ends, the winning bidder can pay using the Checkout button, or wait to receive an automated email invoice shortly after the auction ends, with totals and payment instructions.

Note: If you do not receive an email invoice within 48 hours of the auction end, please check your bulk email folder, as a spam filter may have prevented it from reaching your primary inbox.

Checkout must be completed within 4 days of the close of auction (per eBay policy), and all payments must be made within this time period. If payment isn’t received within four days, eBay will automatically file a non paying bidder notice. Please do not bid if you can not afford to pay for the items.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was damaged in shipping. Buyer must contact us to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the item.

Do you end auctions early? No, we do not end auctions early. All our auctions go for the full duration. We also do not accept offers.

Can you ship outside of the United States? As of now we only ship to Canada.

I’m in Canada, how much will I pay to have an item shipped to me? Shipping rates vary; please see the specific item(s) you are interested in purchasing for details. All additional items will be $1.00 off if shipped at the same time for Canadian residents.

Do you take any other forms of payment besides Paypal? No.

Can you send me additional photos of the item? Unfortunately, due to the high volume of items we receive each day, we cannot take additional photos of specific items. (We will make exceptions for items priced over $200)

I purchased multiple items. Can you combine my shipping? YES! Please contact us by the contact member button before payment is made.

Can you send me a tracking number? We supply tracking only if there is an issue with your item showing up on time. Remember that while we do ship within 2 -3 business days, the rest is up to the post office, and while most orders will arrive within 2-8 business days after being shipped out, occasionally there are times where a package can take up to two weeks. We have found that the post office is not always the most reliable for quick delivery, but they do get the job done.

I have not received an invoice for the item. After each of our auctions close, eBay will automatically send an email to the winning bidder. At times, spam guards may prevent that email from reaching you, please make sure your email filters are not blocking these messages from eBay. You may also check out through your “my eBay” within your own account. Another option for paying for the item is logging into this completed auction as the winner. Links will appear at the top of the auction for this purpose.
